Cloudsquare is a lending platform built natively on Salesforce for brokers, ISOs and direct funders. It sells two main products. Broker covers CRM, application capture, lender matching across 30 native lender API submissions, offer comparison and commission tracking. Lend adds AI financial-document analysis, a decision engine, contracting and funding, ACH servicing, collections, an accounting subledger and portfolio analytics. Its document engine, IntelliParse, was announced in June 2025 and reads applications and bank statements for cash flow, NSFs, recurring payments and outstanding advances.
Cloudsquare does not publish a price. Its pricing page lists every plan as Custom per seat and says pricing depends on the platform you run, the number of seats and your funding volume. Its FAQ answers Yes to the question of whether you need Salesforce, and Salesforce lists Sales Cloud editions from $25 to $550 per user per month. Implementation and migration are included and scoped after a demo, and the published SaaS agreement renews each subscription automatically for a term equal to the first one unless you give 30 days notice.
That is a reasonable package for a funder replacing its whole stack. It is a lot of commitment for a shop whose real bottleneck is the scrub: reading three to six months of statements on every submission and finding true revenue, open positions and NSF days. LenderAnalyzer does that one job, self-serve, the same day you sign up, and hands the numbers to whatever CRM or spreadsheet you already use.
Cloudsquare is a serious product with real customers. These are the questions that decide whether you need the whole platform or only the analysis inside it.
If deals live in spreadsheets, email threads and three disconnected tools, a platform like Cloudsquare fixes that by putting the full lifecycle in one place. If your CRM already works and the pain is the hour an underwriter spends per file reading statements, a platform migration is a large answer to a small question. LenderAnalyzer returns revenue, positions and red flags in minutes and leaves your workflow where it is.
Cloudsquare's own FAQ says Salesforce is the foundation and that you need it. Salesforce's public price list runs from $25 per user per month for Starter Suite and $100 for Pro Suite to $195 for Core, $395 for Advanced and $550 for Max, billed annually. Cloudsquare does not publish which edition its plans assume, so ask for the Salesforce line as a separate number on the quote.
Cloudsquare's FAQ says implementation length depends on the platform and how unique your workflow is, with a solution design before anything is built and a migration plan from your existing stack. There is no published timeline. A self-serve statement tool has no implementation at all: you upload the first file on the day you sign up.
The SaaS agreement on Cloudsquare's website says each subscription renews automatically for a period equal to the initial term unless either side gives written notice at least 30 days before renewal, that renewal pricing is at Cloudsquare's list prices in effect at the time, and that a renewal with lower volume or a shorter term is re-priced. Put the notice date in your calendar the day you sign.
Most funders need the numbers on the deal: average monthly revenue, deposit count, average daily balance, NSF and negative days, and every open advance with its payment amount. LenderAnalyzer exports those to Excel, CSV or JSON, and the Pro plan posts them over a REST API, so they can be attached to the deal in whichever CRM you run, Salesforce-based or not.
LenderAnalyzer groups recurring ACH debits by payee and flags the ones that behave like an advance: fixed daily or weekly debits, remittance or holdback language, or a payee that matches a known funder descriptor. Positions repaid in overlapping periods are flagged as stacked, and the combined daily debit of the open ones is shown, so you can see whether your holdback fits on top.
Every statement is reconciled against its own running balance, so an edited figure, a removed page or a typed-in deposit breaks the arithmetic and the file is flagged at the first mismatch. Round-number deposits, duplicate lines and funding deposits tagged as loan proceeds are listed for review. That check runs on every upload, with no extra module to buy.
Prices are each vendor's own published figures, checked October 2026. Where a vendor publishes no price, the table says so.

| LenderAnalyzer This page | Reads bank statements for true revenue, average daily balance, NSF and negative days, open advance positions, daily burden and statements that do not tie out | From $99 a month, with volume and enterprise tiers | Not a CRM or servicing system; no lender matching, contracts or ACH collections | Funders and ISOs who want the statement scrub done in minutes inside their current workflow |

Cloudsquare is a US lending platform built natively on Salesforce for brokers, ISOs and funders in merchant cash advance, business loans, equipment finance and HELOC. It sells a Broker product for CRM and lender submissions and a Lend product that adds document analysis, decisioning, funding, servicing and collections.
Cloudsquare does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists Broker and Lend as Custom per seat and Enterprise as contact sales, and says the price depends on the platform, the number of seats and your funding volume. Salesforce licenses are needed as well, and Salesforce lists Sales Cloud from $25 to $550 per user per month.
Yes. Cloudsquare's own pricing FAQ says Salesforce is the foundation, not a checkbox, and that it handles the Salesforce setup as part of implementation. Budget for Salesforce user licenses alongside the Cloudsquare subscription and ask which edition the quote assumes.
No. Cloudsquare says it runs MCA, term and business loans, equipment finance, HELOC and syndication on one general data model. Most of its published lender integrations, such as Kapitus, OnDeck, CAN Capital and Pearl Capital, are in small business and alternative finance.
It depends on the job. For a full origination and servicing platform, LendSaaS is the closest MCA-focused option outside Salesforce. For submission intake at scale, Heron Data. If you only need bank statements analyzed for revenue, positions and NSFs, a self-serve tool like LenderAnalyzer does that without a platform migration, from $99 a month.
Yes. Its Lend plan lists AI financial-document analysis, and its IntelliParse engine, announced in June 2025, reads applications and bank statements for cash flow patterns, NSF transactions, recurring payments, hidden debts and outstanding cash advances. Cloudsquare does not say whether IntelliParse is priced separately.
Cloudsquare does not publish a timeline. Its FAQ says it depends on the platform and how much of your workflow is unique, that you get a solution design before anything is built, and that migration from your current CRM and spreadsheets is part of onboarding.
Under the SaaS agreement published on Cloudsquare's website, subscriptions renew automatically for a period equal to the initial term unless either party gives written notice at least 30 days before renewal. Renewals are priced at the list prices in effect at that time. Check your own order form, which can override the default.
Read three to six months of statements for average monthly revenue, deposit count, average daily balance, NSF and negative days, and recurring debits to other funders. LenderAnalyzer does this automatically from PDFs, scans or photos and returns the figures and every open position in minutes.
LenderAnalyzer starts at $99 a month, self-serve, with volume and enterprise tiers and no implementation fee. Cloudsquare is quoted per seat after a demo and runs on Salesforce, whose own licenses start at $25 and reach $550 per user per month. The two are not the same purchase; one is a platform, the other is the analysis step.
