Only two merchant cash advance CRMs publish a price. SugarAnt lists $150 per user per month plus a one-time onboarding fee, and ConvergeHub lists $29 to $85 per user per month depending on the plan and billing term. LendSaaS, Cloudsquare and Centrex quote after a demo, and Cloudsquare adds Salesforce licenses at $25 to $550 per user. For a five-person shop that puts the CRM line anywhere from about $1,700 to well over $10,000 a year before you pay for statement analysis, credit data or an industry database.

This comparison is for US funders, ISOs and syndicators choosing the system that tracks merchants, submissions, offers and renewals. Every price below comes from the vendor's own pricing page, read in October 2026. Where a vendor publishes nothing, we say so instead of guessing, and we point out which parts of the job a CRM does not do at all.

What five seats really cost per year

Per-user prices hide the real number, so here is the annual subscription for a typical small shop: two sales reps, one processor, one underwriter and an owner, five seats in total. These are list prices with no negotiated discount.

OptionCalculationAnnual subscriptionWhat is not included
ConvergeHub Professional, annual5 x $29 x 12$1,740MCA-specific servicing, syndication, statement analysis
ConvergeHub Premium, annual5 x $45 x 12$2,700Same as above
ConvergeHub Enterprise, annual5 x $59 x 12$3,540Same as above
SugarAnt, monthly5 x $150 x 12$9,000The onboarding fee, which SugarAnt does not price publicly
Salesforce Pro Suite under Cloudsquare5 x $100 x 12$6,000The Cloudsquare seat itself, quoted separately

SugarAnt's yearly plan takes a third off, which brings five seats to roughly $6,000 a year. Its onboarding fee covers data migration, setup, training and workflow customization, and SugarAnt says the fee is fully refundable within one year of using the product. Ask for the amount in writing before the trial ends.

Which merchant cash advance CRM fits which shop

SugarAnt, if you want an MCA-specific CRM with a long trial

SugarAnt is built for the MCA trade. It supports funders, brokers, ISOs, hybrid shops, syndicators and participants, and its pricing includes unlimited e-signature for applications and contracts. The 60-day trial is the longest in this group, long enough to run a full month of submissions through it. At $150 a user it is also the most expensive published price here, so it suits shops that want the vertical fit more than the lowest seat cost.

ConvergeHub, if seat cost matters most

ConvergeHub is a general small business CRM with a merchant cash advance edition. Its published plans are the cheapest way to get a pipeline, documents and automation for a sales team, and the free trial needs no card. The trade-off is depth. Syndicator payouts, ACH collections and renewal math are not what a general CRM is designed for, so expect to keep a servicing tool or spreadsheet next to it.

LendSaaS, if you fund and service your own paper

LendSaaS is closer to a full MCA operating system than a CRM: submissions, an ISO portal, offer links, eSign contracts, automated syndication, daily ACH and card collections, white-label servicing and compliance tools for UCC filings, disclosures and APR. It publishes no price and sells through a demo. For a direct funder replacing several tools at once, that scope can justify the quote. We compare it in detail on our LendSaaS alternatives page.

Cloudsquare, if your company already runs on Salesforce

Cloudsquare builds the lending workflow inside Salesforce and prices per seat after a demo, with Salesforce licenses on top. If your team already lives in Salesforce, that is an advantage. If not, you are buying two platforms. Our Cloudsquare pricing breakdown shows the Salesforce line in detail.

Centrex Software, if you want a quote to compare against

Centrex sells a finance CRM aimed at brokers, direct funders and lenders, with ACH processing and lead management in the directory feature lists. It does not publish a price, so it belongs on the shortlist as a quoted option. Ask the same questions you would ask LendSaaS: what is priced per user, what is priced by volume, and which integrations cost extra.

What an MCA CRM does not do

A CRM tracks the merchant, the submission and the deal stage. It does not read the bank statements. The underwriting work still sits with a person: totaling true revenue after transfers and loan proceeds are removed, counting NSF and negative days, finding average daily balance, and spotting the other funders already debiting the account every business day. That reading is where an underwriter's hour goes on each file, and it is the step most CRM evaluations quietly leave out.

Some platforms bundle a statement parser or resell partners for it. LendSaaS lists basic parsing of NSFs, cash advances and alternative lender payments and promotes Ocrolus, MoneyThumb, DecisionLogic and Heron Data integrations, each billed by its own vendor. If you are choosing a CRM mainly to speed up underwriting, price the analysis step separately first.

LenderAnalyzer handles the right-hand column from $99 a month. Upload a statement set and it returns revenue, balances, NSF and negative days, every stacked advance position with its payment amount, and a reconciliation check that catches edited figures. The results export to Excel, CSV or JSON, or come over a REST API on the Pro plan, so they drop into whichever CRM you pick. The full workflow is on our MCA underwriting software page.

Other costs to budget next to the CRM

  • Industry database. DataMerch publishes $695 a month for Basic and $945 for Pro, per organization. See DataMerch pricing for MCA funders.
  • Statement analysis. From $99 a month self-serve, or a quoted partner inside your platform.
  • Credit and public records. Experian and Thomson Reuters CLEAR are the integrations MCA platforms list most often, each on its own contract.
  • ACH processing. Billed by the processor per transaction and per return.
  • Outbound sales. Shops that dial merchants all day sometimes add AI cold calling to qualify leads before a rep picks up, which changes how many CRM seats the sales floor needs.

Questions to ask before you sign

  1. Is the price per user, per seat type or by funded volume, and does it change as volume grows?
  2. What does onboarding or implementation cost, and is any of it refundable?
  3. How long is the term, and what is the notice date for non-renewal?
  4. Which integrations carry their own subscription, and who bills them?
  5. Does the CRM analyze bank statements itself, or through a paid partner?
  6. Can we export every deal, document and note if we leave?

Merchant cash advance CRM questions funders ask

How much does a merchant cash advance CRM cost?

Published MCA CRM prices run from $29 to $150 per user per month. ConvergeHub lists $29 to $85 depending on plan and billing term, and SugarAnt lists $150 plus a one-time onboarding fee. LendSaaS, Cloudsquare and Centrex quote after a demo, and Cloudsquare also requires Salesforce licenses at $25 to $550 per user.

What is the best CRM for merchant cash advance?

For a funder that also services its own deals, a full platform such as LendSaaS or Cloudsquare covers syndication and collections. For an ISO or small funder that mainly needs pipeline tracking, SugarAnt is MCA-specific and ConvergeHub is cheapest per seat. None of them replaces a statement analysis step, which you should price separately.

Do I need an MCA CRM or MCA software?

If you broker deals, a CRM that tracks leads, ISOs and submissions is usually enough. If you fund and collect, you need software that also handles underwriting workflow, ACH collections, syndication and reporting. In both cases the bank statement review is its own job, and a dedicated analysis tool shortens it without changing the CRM.

Can I use Salesforce or HubSpot as an MCA CRM?

Yes, with customization. Salesforce is the base for Cloudsquare, and many shops build their own pipeline in a general CRM. The gap is MCA-specific logic: daily remittance schedules, syndication splits, renewals and stacking. Plan to add those through a vertical app, a servicing system or your own fields and reports.

For the platform-level comparison, read LendSaaS alternatives for MCA funders and Cloudsquare alternatives. For intake automation, see the Heron Data comparison.
