Cloudsquare does not publish a price. Every plan on its pricing page is Custom per seat, set by the platform you run (Broker or Lend), the number of seats and your funding volume, and confirmed after a demo. Cloudsquare also requires Salesforce, whose Sales Cloud editions list at $25 to $550 per user per month. So a real Cloudsquare budget has two subscription lines, plus an auto-renewing term. If what you actually need is the bank statement analysis, that part can be bought on its own from $99 a month.

Cloudsquare is a lending platform built natively on Salesforce for brokers, ISOs and direct funders in merchant cash advance, business loans, equipment finance and HELOC. Below is what its pricing page and contract actually say, the Salesforce cost underneath it, the questions that move the quote, and how to price the statement scrub separately if that is the job you are buying for. Every figure comes from the vendor's own website.

Cloudsquare's own wording is that pricing "is based on the platform you run (Broker or Lend), the number of seats, and your funding volume." The page also notes that the plan packaging shown is illustrative and that final pricing and tier contents are confirmed during the demo and scoping. Implementation on Salesforce and a migration from your current stack are included in every plan.

The Salesforce line underneath the quote

Cloudsquare's FAQ answers the question "Do I need Salesforce to use Cloudsquare?" with a plain yes: Salesforce is the foundation, and Cloudsquare handles the setup during implementation. That means every user also needs a Salesforce license, and Salesforce publishes those prices.

Salesforce Sales Cloud editionList price per user per month8 users per month8 users per year
Starter Suite$25$200$2,400
Pro Suite$100$800$9,600
Core$195$1,560$18,720
Advanced$395$3,160$37,920
Max$550$4,400$52,800

Pro Suite and above are billed annually. Cloudsquare does not say which edition its plans assume, and its SaaS agreement mentions that it can provision some licenses itself at reduced or no charge for a specific authorized use. So the Salesforce line may be bundled, discounted or billed by Salesforce directly. Ask which, in writing, because on an eight-seat shop the gap between Pro Suite and Core alone is $9,120 a year.

What else moves a Cloudsquare quote

Three things set the number, according to Cloudsquare: the platform, seats and funding volume. In practice a quote for a funder also depends on a few choices you make in the demo.

  • Broker or Lend. The AI financial-document analysis, decision engine, servicing and collections are listed under Lend. A broker that wants statement analysis on the Broker plan should ask how that is packaged.
  • Seats. Count underwriters, processors, sales reps, servicing and collections staff separately. Each one is a Cloudsquare seat and a Salesforce license.
  • Funding volume. Volume is a published pricing input, so a fast-growing funder should ask how the price changes when monthly funded volume doubles.
  • Enterprise features. Syndication and investor payables, multi-product operation and SLA support sit in the Enterprise tier, priced by conversation.
  • Integrations. Cloudsquare lists connections to Experian, Plaid, DataMerch, Thomson Reuters CLEAR and ACH processors. Those vendors bill you separately; DataMerch alone is $695 to $945 a month.

Contract terms that matter at renewal

The SaaS agreement on Cloudsquare's website sets the defaults, which your own order form can change. Each subscription renews automatically for a period equal to the initial term unless either party gives written notice at least 30 days before renewal. Renewals are priced at Cloudsquare's list prices in effect at that time, and a renewal in which subscription volume or length has gone down is re-priced. Treat the first-year price as a starting point, and run any vendor comparison with seat counts and the notice date in one place; good procurement software keeps those renewal dates from slipping past the 30-day window.

Paying for the platform versus paying for the analysis

Cloudsquare is priced as a system of record: CRM, origination, funding, servicing and collections in one place. That is the right purchase for a funder replacing a patchwork of tools. Many shops looking at Cloudsquare, though, are really trying to fix one step, the statement scrub, where an underwriter reads three to six months of statements for true revenue, deposit count, average daily balance, NSF days and the other funders already debiting the account.

LenderAnalyzerFrom $99 a month, volume and enterprise tiersUpload a statement and get revenue, ADB, NSF and negative days, open advance positions and reconciliation flags in minutes

LenderAnalyzer does not replace a CRM or a servicing system. It reads the statements, flags stacked advance positions with the combined daily debit, and exports the result to Excel, CSV or JSON or over a REST API on the Pro plan, so the numbers land in whatever CRM you already run. Questions to ask on the Cloudsquare demo

  1. What is the per-seat price for each role, and is it different for Broker and Lend?
  2. Which Salesforce edition does the quote assume, and who bills it?
  3. How does the price change with funded volume, and at what thresholds?
  4. Is IntelliParse document analysis included in Lend, or billed per document?
  5. Is implementation a separate fee, and what is the target go-live date?
  6. What is the initial term, and what is the notice date for non-renewal?
  7. Which integrations carry their own subscription, and at what cost?

Cloudsquare pricing questions funders ask

How much does Cloudsquare cost?

Cloudsquare does not publish a price. Its Broker and Lend plans are listed as Custom per seat and Enterprise as contact sales, with the final number based on the platform, seats and funding volume and confirmed after a demo. Add Salesforce licenses, which list from $25 to $550 per user per month depending on the edition.

Do I need Salesforce to use Cloudsquare?

Yes. Cloudsquare's FAQ says Salesforce is the foundation, not a checkbox, and that it handles the Salesforce setup as part of implementation. Every user needs a Salesforce license, so ask which edition the quote assumes and whether Cloudsquare or Salesforce bills for it.

Does Cloudsquare have a free trial?

Cloudsquare's pricing page does not offer a free trial. Every plan routes to a demo or to sales, followed by scoping and implementation. Its SaaS agreement mentions trial and beta services at no charge where an order form provides for them, so a pilot is something to negotiate rather than a self-serve option.

Is Cloudsquare only for MCA?

No. Cloudsquare says it runs MCA, term and business loans, equipment finance, HELOC and syndication on one data model. Its published lender integrations, including Kapitus, OnDeck, CAN Capital, Pearl Capital and Revenued, are mostly in small business and alternative finance.

Is Cloudsquare worth it for a small funder?

It can be, if the shop is outgrowing spreadsheets and wants origination, funding and servicing in one Salesforce system. If the pain is mainly the time underwriters spend reading statements, a self-serve analysis tool from $99 a month fixes that step without a migration, and the platform decision can wait until volume justifies it. Our MCA underwriting software page covers that analysis step end to end.

For what the industry database costs on top of either option, see DataMerch pricing for MCA funders, and for a wider comparison of tools, the best MCA underwriting software. If you only need a CRM rather than a full platform, compare merchant cash advance CRM pricing across SugarAnt, ConvergeHub, LendSaaS and Centrex.
