LendSaaS is a US origination and servicing platform for merchant cash advance and alternative lending companies. Its site says more than $6 billion had been funded on the platform as of September 2024 and that it processes over $16 million in ACH volume on an average day. The feature list covers the whole deal lifecycle: lead and submission tracking, an ISO partner portal, an application scanner that builds a deal from the ISO's PDF application, offer links, eSign contracts, automated syndication with payouts to syndicators, daily ACH and card collections, white-label servicing, renewals and reporting. It also ships compliance tooling for UCC filings, state disclosure forms and APR calculation.
That breadth is the reason funders pick it, and the reason others go looking for something else. LendSaaS does not publish a price; its /pricing address returns a page-not-found error and every path leads to Schedule Now and a demo. A platform that replaces your CRM, servicing and collections is a migration project, not a purchase you test on Tuesday's submissions. And many shops that start the evaluation are really trying to fix one step: the statement scrub, where an underwriter reads three to six months of business bank statements for true revenue, average daily balance, NSF days and the other funders already debiting the account.
LenderAnalyzer is that step on its own. Upload the statements, get the numbers and the red flags in minutes, and export them to Excel, CSV or JSON or pull them over a REST API into whatever CRM or servicing system you run, LendSaaS included. Plans start at $99 a month with no demo. If you need syndication, collections and an ISO portal, LendSaaS or a platform like it is the right purchase, and the table below says so.
LendSaaS is an established product with a long feature list. These questions decide whether you need the full platform or only the analysis inside it.
If collections live in an ACH portal, syndicator payouts in a spreadsheet and renewals in someone's calendar, a servicing platform pays for itself by putting them in one ledger. That is what LendSaaS is built for. If servicing already works and the queue backs up at underwriting, because each file takes forty minutes of reading statements, a platform migration is a long way round to a short problem.
LendSaaS lists bank statement parsing that identifies NSFs, cash advances and alternative lender payments, and it fills a Bank Statement Worksheet inside the deal. It also promotes integrations with Ocrolus, MoneyThumb, DecisionLogic, Heron Data and Plaid for deeper analysis. Ask in the demo which of those you would need to buy separately to get the depth you want, because each partner bills on its own terms.
A typical LendSaaS funder also pays a credit bureau, Thomson Reuters CLEAR or a similar search, an ACH processor, an industry database such as DataMerch at $695 to $945 a month, and often a statement analysis partner. Write the stack down with each vendor's price before you compare quotes. The platform fee is rarely the largest line.
LendSaaS publishes no implementation timeline. Moving submissions, active deals, syndication positions and payment schedules out of an existing system takes planning and a cutover date, and a servicing ledger is the one place you cannot afford a half-migrated state. Ask for a written go-live date and who moves the open portfolio.
Most funders need a handful of figures on each deal: average monthly true revenue, deposit count, average daily balance, NSF and negative days, and every open advance with its payment amount. LenderAnalyzer produces those per statement and per month and exports them, so the result lands in a LendSaaS deal, a Salesforce record or a spreadsheet the same way.
LenderAnalyzer groups recurring debits by payee and flags the ones that behave like an advance: fixed daily or weekly ACH debits, holdback or remittance wording, or a payee that matches a known funder descriptor. It then totals the combined daily burden of every open position, so you see what the merchant already owes each business day before you price a new advance.
Every statement is reconciled against its own running balance. An edited deposit, a removed page or a typed-in figure breaks the arithmetic and the file is flagged at the first mismatch. Round-number deposits, duplicate transactions and transfers between the merchant's own accounts are flagged too, which is where most doctored MCA submissions give themselves away.
Prices are each vendor's own published figures, checked October 2026. Where a vendor publishes no price, the table says so.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| LenderAnalyzer This page | Reads business bank statements for true revenue, average daily balance, NSF and negative days, open advance positions, combined daily burden and statements that do not reconcile | From $99 a month, with volume and enterprise tiers | Not a servicing system; no syndication, ACH collections, contracts or ISO portal | Funders and ISOs who want the statement scrub done in minutes inside their current workflow |
| LendSaaS | MCA origination and servicing: submissions, ISO portal, offers, eSign, syndication, ACH and card collections, white-label servicing, compliance tools, statement parsing | None published; pricing page returns not found, demo required | A platform migration; deeper statement analysis is sold through partners | Direct funders and syndicators who want one system from submission to final payment |

Common questions from lending and credit teams.
LendSaaS is a US software platform for merchant cash advance and alternative lending companies. It covers origination and servicing in one system: submission tracking, an ISO portal, offers and eSign contracts, automated syndication, daily ACH and card collections, white-label servicing, renewals, reporting and compliance tools for UCC filings, disclosures and APR.
LendSaaS does not publish pricing. Its /pricing page returns a not-found error and the site routes buyers to a scheduled demo or a phone call. Expect a quote based on your volume and modules, and budget separately for the partners you connect, such as credit data, ACH processing, DataMerch and a statement analysis vendor.
Yes, at a basic level. LendSaaS lists bank statement parsing that identifies NSFs, cash advances and alternative lender payments and fills a Bank Statement Worksheet. For deeper analysis it promotes integrations with Ocrolus, MoneyThumb, DecisionLogic, Heron Data and Plaid, which are separate vendors with their own pricing.
It depends on what you are replacing. For the full origination and servicing platform, Cloudsquare on Salesforce and MCA CRMs such as SugarAnt or Centrex are the usual shortlist. For the statement analysis step alone, LenderAnalyzer, Heron Data, Ocrolus and MoneyThumb are the common options, and LenderAnalyzer is the one you can start today from $99 a month.
Yes. There is no native connector, but LenderAnalyzer exports every analysis to Excel, CSV and JSON and exposes the same results over a REST API on the Pro plan. Funders run the statement scrub in LenderAnalyzer and post revenue, balances, NSF days and open positions into the LendSaaS deal record.
Yes. LendSaaS lists automated syndication with transparent wallets and automatic payouts to syndication partners, plus daily collections through ACH and credit card processors, with integrations including Actum, ACHWorks, Payliance and Usio. LenderAnalyzer does neither; it is the underwriting analysis, not a servicing ledger.
LendSaaS does not offer a self-serve trial on its website. The calls to action are Schedule Now and a phone number, which lead to a demo. LenderAnalyzer lets you upload a statement and see the analysis without a sales call, then choose a plan from $99 a month.
An MCA CRM tracks leads, submissions, ISOs and deal stages. MCA software, in LendSaaS's own definition, adds underwriting workflow, funding controls, ACH monitoring, portfolio tracking and compliance outputs. Statement analysis sits inside underwriting, and it can be bought on its own when the CRM or servicing side already works.
It scans statement debits for recurring fixed daily or weekly withdrawals and holdback-style payments, groups them by payee, matches them against known funder ACH descriptors and totals the combined daily burden. Each open position is listed with its payment amount and frequency, so stacking is visible before you fund.
Replacing LendSaaS as a servicing system means migrating active deals, syndication positions and payment schedules, which takes weeks of planning. Adding LenderAnalyzer for statement analysis takes minutes: create an account, upload a statement set and export the results. Many funders keep their servicing platform and change only the analysis step.
